Newbie!

This is my first post...and it is a bit lame because I don't know where to begin! Haha!
I guess I will start off by giving the "down-low" and yours truly: I am an anthropology major at a small university in New Hampshire(hoping to graduate in 3 1/2 years!!), but I am originally from Massachusetts. I live with my boyfriend who also hopped on the vegan bandwagon with me in September of 2007; together we proudly wear out "Powered by Tofu" t-shirts! I used to be the laughingstock of my family because I could not cook spaghetti, but I've quited their laughter with awesome vegan baked goods! I love cooking and if I was not living on a student budget I would buy every vegan food item to cook with every single week. As it is, I do live on a student budget, but I do not sacrifice organic food and produce. I am very passionate about organic anything and rarelt choose non-organic over organic(if I do, I feel very guilty). Right now, I am trying to get myself out of the "buy more" mindset; unfortunately there is a bit of a fashionista in me...
Anywho, I hope to meet some awesome people through this blog!!
