Let's see...my food intake for the day thus far has been:
(Breakfast)
Green Smoothie: 3 bananas, 1 mango, 2 large handfuls of baby spinach, 1" strip wakame and 2 cups of distilled water.
(Lunch)
6 bananas
I also have 15 dates with me to much on throughout the day since I have to be at school until 6pm. HUGE bummer :( For dinner I plan on another green smoothie similar to the one above.
Still feeling great! It is hard to tell if I am detoxing because I am not having alot overt symptons, my nose is occasionally runny but thats about it...but I do feel a little less "foggy" which is exciting. I have not been hit with any cravings yet which is convenient. In 4 days it will have been a full month since I started eating 100% raw and 80/10/10 (except for the occasional avacado w/ salads) I'd really like to buy the book, but I just simply don't have the money to do so right now, it is too expensive! Bummer. On another note though, my boyfriend is being so supportive, I love him to pieces :)
